I strongly support the enactment of strict regulations for abortion facilities, as passed in VA last year.  Since proponents of abortion insist that it is a health care issue, which in my opinion it is NOT, providers of this life-ending practice should be made to adhere to the standards of all health care institutions, i.e. hospitals, clinics, etc.  Thank you!
