Hello, I am writing to ask you to NOT impose the new "emergency" regulations on women's health care centers in Virginia. This attempt to close down these centers by imposing increased financial burdens on them is WRONG. They provide a wide range of health care services for women who don't have insurance or a regular doctor. In rural areas they may be the only health center. Especially during this slow economy when SO many people are out of work and have lost their insurance, it is cruel to slash low cost services. Please do not turn Virginia into a heartless state just to satisfy a tiny noisy fraction of its citizens!
