PLEASE !! DO NOT BAN KRATOM.

HELLO, I was prescribed Oxycodone from a doctor after a car crash. My life began a downward spiral from that point on from perscription pills to using street drugs. I was in and out of jail and became a habitual offender in the eyes of the Florida court system. I was facing 30yrs in prison so I finally decided to stop using. I was white knuckling it and still suffering terible pain. I started using Kratom to manage my pain and it works !!! I take it 3 times a day just as I would my prescribed medication. However the difference is I do not abuse Kratom. If you were to take large amounts of Kratom worst case you would only vomit, not die!!  The only true Kratom deaths are when there are other illicit prscription or street drugs involved. Kratom is natural and it works !! Less for some and more for others, but if you are looking for legal pain relief it works. I have not been arrested since 2008 or been in a court room since 2011. It does not alter your bodily function anywhere near as much as THC and it is being used regularly in my state. You can smell it while driving everywhere. I would rather drive on a road filled with Kratom users than THC users any day !!! You would be much safer!!!. Trust me I have tried both and Kratom Affects body aches and pain not your ability to function or think and react. THC efects the brain yet it is everywhere in my state. If you Ban Kratom your opiate use and deaths willn double if not tripple.  Please reconsider until more is know about the substance that is keeping myself and thousands of other pain sufferers pain free and out working and productive members of society. Thank you for your time,

 HaveA Great Day !!!!! ,
