I am a current user of kratom and I find it to be a helpful substance and without the danger of what a Schedule 1 substance should be. Kratom is a lot safer than opiates and I have been able to use it medicinally for over a decade. I think that Schedule 1 for kratom is overkill. I am in support of more realistic regulation of kratom, such as regards for quality control and education. Please keep kratom legal and with better considerations.
