RGGI is a multi-state commitment enacted through the proper channels of government legislation.  It is working. It has the support of the majority of Virginians.  Governor Youngkin, please respect the rule of law and the will of the citizens you represent.  Given RGGI's effectiveness and the environmental realities Virginia is facing, to responsibly consider walking away from RGGI, there has to be a credible alternative to consider. Governor Youngkin has not provided one.
