I believe, as do many other Virginians, that withdrawal from RGGI is a misguided decision for our state. I am a resident of Hampton Roads and don't see anywhere in the budget that makes up the loss of RGGI funds to fund coastal resilience and energy efficient programs for low-income individuals.

Climate change is real - as was made very apparent with the recent tornadoes in Virginia Beach. I understand you had a photo op in front of my damaged house. You need to do everything in your power to mitigate damage to the residents of Virginia, not impede.
