Virginia must stay in RGGI. The world has just experienced its hottest month ever. Virginians also experience impacts of the climate crisis. This is no time to pull out of an initiative that helps Virginia become more climate resilient while lowering carbon emissions. RGGI is good for Virginia, good for the planet. RGGI was passed by the legislature and signed into law. Any changes to participation in RGGI should also be decided legislatively.
