RGGI makes sense all around.  Why are we trying to leave it?!?!?  We need it for pollution reduction, health improvement, negative environmental mitigations, PLUS IT IS THE LAW AND CANNOT BE ARBITRARILY IGNORED!!!!!  Seriously!?!?  Why are we doing this to punish Virginians?!?!  Stop playing political games with our future!!!!
