The RGGI programs gives Virginia an opportunity to showcase how we emit our carbon emissions within the power sector. If we get rid of a program we are only affecting the future and what is to come with climate change. I truly believe by stepping back from this program will only damage the future of our constituents. Let’s move forwards instead of backwards.
