I strongly oppose the actions of governor Youngkin to pull out of the RGGI, a program that does so much good for Virginia and Virginians.Not only has the program reduced more gas emissions than previously, it lowers the energy bill for Virginians through allowing many to weatherize their homes,and it has helped communities better prepare for flooding. It makes no sense to pull out of a program that only has positive benefits and no negative results. There is no doubt in my mind that global warming is real and is causing more severe storms more often and causing the sea to rise, and we need RGGI to continue aiding us in our efforts to plan for these dangerous outcome
