Stay in RGGI

I strongly oppose the Air Pollution Control Board and Gov. Youngkin's proposal to withdraw Virginia from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.  Our state's participation in RGGI has already provided numerous measurable benefits, from annual emissions reductions of up to 12.5%, to millions of dollars in funding for weatherization, climate resiliency, and energy efficiency upgrades for homes and communities throughout Virginia.  And that's after only a few years of RGGI; continued participation in the initiative will let these benefits grow even further, helping us create a safer, healthier, more resilient Virginia for all.

To back out of RGGI in spite of all the good it has already done, and would continue to do, would be unconscionably reckless and downright harmful.  Please, keep Virginia in RGGI!
