Republican politicians say they are ‘pro-life’ and for the children but how does that jive when R’s routinely have policies that help to destroy the environment? Climate change is real, the past 9 years have been the hottest EVER recorded.  If Youngkin votes against this, independents and even some Republicans will NOT support you anymore. Keep RGGI.
