The current abortion facility licensure regulations are not needed.  They will serve to hurt access by women to needed health services.  There is no evidence that the public's health and safety were harmed prior to these regulations.

Government health decisions should be based upon evidence-based medicine.  They should be made in a rational manner taking facts into account.

These regulations have NOT been based upon fact.  Rather they have been based upon extreme religious and political beliefs.  Those religious and political beliefs should not be imposed on others. 

Please bring back rational thinking in the rewriting of these regulations.
