It is unfathomable that Glenn Youngkin is trying to remove Virginia from the RGGI coalition of states.  Climate change is the most immediate and dangerous challenge which the world is currently facing.  We must do all that we can to reduce and avoid greenhouse emissions.  We must do much more ASAP.  Gov Youngkin's wish to remove Virginia from the RGGI coalition is an inexplicable step backwards when we desperately need to move forward to mitigate climate change.  Please reconsider this misguided effort to withdraw Virginia from the RGGI coalition of states.
