To whom it may concern,

It's time to stop the destruction of the food chain in Virginia and the East coast. Commercial OVER HARVEST of Menhaden by factory ships and perseiners needs to come to an end. The impacts in the food chain are critical for marine mammals and fish. FORAGE FISH can not be harvested and sustained at the current rate.

The future depends of a lot of marine life on your decisions. 

Please stop the Over Harvest. We can kill them faster than they can grow.
