I have felt that this collaborative effort between states to reduce the carbon being put into the atmosphere - a confirmed contributor to global warming and climate change - and to provide a source of funding to help protect our stage from the damaging effects of climate change is an inspired way to address this huge challenge. I am terribly concerned that we might withdraw from the RGGI and hope that this backward step will not be taken.
