I'll never forget that day when my wife came home from her appointment with the Doctor. I asked her, "Well, what  did the Doctor say?" She answered, "The Doctor did the examination and said, "Yes, there is a baby in there!""

I'm thankful that what happened under that villain, Steven Brigham, will never happen again!

Thanks to the wisdom of our General Assembly, women will have higher standards of safety.
