I am appalled by the legislation promoted by Gov. McDonnell and the Virginia legislators to prevent and/or outlaw abortion in Virginia.  This is medically unsound. It is also psychologically unsound.

Also:  Why are the Virginia legislators, especially male legislators, attacking women in this way?  After all, men are involved in making a woman pregnant.  You can bet that if men got pregnant, abortion would not be outlawed in any jurisdiction.

Another consideration:  Do you really want to bring more unwanted baties into the world?  Do you understand the effects on a child of being unwanted?  A large number of unwanted children develop major problems as they grow up.  Many of the robberies, assaults, rapes, etc are generated by such backgrounds.  Does the Virginia legislature really want to ensure more unwanted babies, with their attendant consequences?
