Virginia needs to leave the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). Pulling us from the program would return the state to the proper stance of having the market dictate emissions.

Collectively, we can slow the potentially devastating impacts of climate change. I urge you to remove Virginia from this program.
