Please do not adopt these horrific and unneccessary regulations.  They serve no justifiable medical purpose.  They are overy broad and will only limit access to affordable healthcare.  Whatever your personal views on abortion rights, one hopes that you are supportive of a woman's right to reproductive health care.  Most abortion providers also provide critical and affordable health care services-- including cancer screenings, family planning, STD testing.  These services will otherwise be unavailable to young, low-income or uninsured patients.  There will inevitably be a high social and monetary cost to communities if these services are not available.  

Any regulations adopted should be based on medical necessity, not personal politics.
