I urge all parties concerned to withdraw from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) for the reasons as outlined in former Gov. of VA, George Allen's comments. I support current Gov. Younkin's plan for withdrawal. The average Virginian cannot afford what amounts to an additional tax in already stressed economic times nor can they pay for a dubious "climate" change scheme that is guaranteed to fail.
