It is important for VA to stay in the RGGI.  Attempts to pull VA out are not supported by the legislature, and administrative attempts to remove VA are of questionable validity.  Membership in RGGI is working for VA and for the environment.  Let's be on the right side of science and of environmental policy.  Keep VA in the RGGI!
