As a new resident of Virginia, I was appalled to hear of the regulations that are being proposed as they are overly burdensome and have no proven medical benefit. They will only serve to reduce a woman's access to reproductive care. It is unfathomable in this day and age that Virginia would want to place burdens on medical facilities that are affordable and perform such needed services for women.
