I support withdrawing from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI).  Well intentioned but will only increase the economic hardship on Virginia taxpayers.    

• If one really wanted to tax polluters, put a tax on every item sold imported into Virginia that was made in China.
• remove all the red tape so power companies can build a couple new nuclear power plants.  Far better than unsightly, bird and bat killing, only work when there is wind generators.
