The RGGI should come to a fast death without citizen pain. The green technology is

an unachievable goal and a socialist fantasy. The windmills are not cost effective

and environmental nightmare, no matter whether they are in the shipping channel

out in the sea killing whales or on Mount Storm in West Virginia killing bats.

The only people getting rich on these investments are the people who by into

Socialist . Why build windmills when there is enough gas in the Marcellus 

and Utica formations in the Appalachians to provide hundreds of years of energy

at  a very low cost and clean burn.

    There are newer forms of energy on the horizon. Until something more cost

effective comes along we should stay with what we know works.
