The only impact it has had is to increase the cost of electricity to Virginians or others using power generated from fossil fuels in the state.  It is just a carbon tax. It has not changed one molecule in the atmosphere around us and will not, and never will have any impact whatsoever on future weather or climate.  It is a very poor idea, repeal now!
