Please do everything necessary to extract the state of Virginia from the RGGI initiative. Even if it would work to reduce CO2 in the atmosphere (it will NOT), we do not need to completely hamstring our economy and our families in order to be good stewards of the environment. And we certainly do NOT need to follow anything that the state of California is pushing.
