I support removing Virginia from the RGGI. Virginia should not let other states, especially one run as poorly as California, dictate how the Commonwealth handles it's environmental needs. Climate change (either global warming or global cooling) has been talked about since the 60's and the dire predicitions since then have not occured. Allow Virginia to pursue it's own energy policies.
