The present and future citizens of the commonwealth of Virginia deserve a future free of fossil fuel pollution and that safeguards is against severe flooding and other ravages of climate change. Keeping us in RGGI is the least we can do to move toward a future of renewable energy and free of pollution and furthering the damage and dangers of climate change.
