Please withdraw Virginia from the RGGI and its ridiculous mandates.  The RGGI will force Virginians to rely on unproven and unreliable energy while simultaneously increasing energy costs.  The RGGI is a huge step backwards that will handicap our Commonwealth by mandating utilization of technologies that are not yet ready for implementation.  Do the right thing by immediately withdrawing Virginia from the RGGI!
