I strongly believe that Virginia should stay in the RGGI. It has minimal impact on taxpayers and incentivizes decreased emissions using the language of the power companies in the form of money, offering improved health to taxpayers that in turn saved their money and their lives in invaluable ways. Please keep Virginia in the RGGI.
