Dear Governor, 

I live in Charlottesville, VA and I am very concerned about the state of our planet in relation to climate change and our ability to be sustainably resilient. Please keep VA in the Greenhouse Gas Initiative. I am happy to pay more taxes if it means that Virginia takes action in protecting our beautiful state from the harmful impacts of climate change.
