Climate change is one of the most serious issues facing humanity and the planet we inhabit. The preponderance of scientific and expert views supports initiatives such as RGGI. Why are we even debating this? How effective are any alternatives? I strongly support maintaining Virginia's membership in the initiative. We need multiple tools to address climate change. This is one effective and practical means of doing so.
