Youngkin wants to line his buddies’ pockets (he used to work at Carlyle Group) and he has been obsessed with increasing profits of energy companies while denying the climate consequences of doing so. We must stand with other progressive states within RGGI to protect the future of our planet, local air quality, and coastal resilience.
