The RGGI role is to evaluate and confront the global warming crisis. This impacts our very  state of Virginia in a crucial manner affecting JOBS JOBS JOBS. Norfolk shipyard and naval base are the center of  billions of dollars of economic activity. The rising sea levels there are well documented. Soon Navy vessels undergoing drydocking will be unable to use those facilities. This and other tide-rise effects, there will create a cascade of negative economic effects. Keep the RGGI! Please understand, Governor Youngkin, that this organization relies on SCIENCE, and its purpose is to maintain our economy. Don't sink this vital "economic ship" by damaging our shipbuilding and Navy-servicing PRIMARY JOB-MAKER IN VIRGINIA! Otherwise, history will condemn your administration.
