Removing Virginia from the RGGI would be a mistake for several reasons. It has helped reduce emissions, which is absolutely critical at this point in history. Furthermore, it is actually creating jobs and bringing in needed resources. The problems Virginia is experiencing under the RGGI should be solved by addressing local power producers, not withdrawing Virginia from this initiative.
