We need more action to address catastrophic climate change, not less. Capping emissions is the bare minimum we need to do to reduce the effects of climate change. Much more is needed to repair the damage to our environment, as evident by record-breaking storms, droughts, floods, heat waves, and on and on. The RGGI is a good start.
