I don't want to be like New York

Virginia needs to exit the RGGI for the following reasons:

1. The atmosphere consists of only .0041% of the atmosphere. Humans contribute 32% of this percentage. So we impact at a rate of 128 parts per million. Our contribution to the total atmospheric CO2 is absolutely negligible. If humans did not exist, CO2 would still exist in the atmosphere.

2. Charging the electric companies an ever-increasing amount for emissions will not decrease emissions, but it will increase the cost of electric bills.

3. This is a tax. I don't like paying taxes and I certainly do not support paying an ever-increasing tax.

4. Governor Youngkin wants what is best for Virginia. He is in favor of exiting the RGGI. I support Governor Youngkin

5. Governor Northam supported Virginia in joining RGGI with 10 other states. New York is one of the other states. I dont want to partner with New York.
