I am opposed to allowing homosexual couples to adopt children and making the allowance of homosexual couples a condition for allowing adoption agencies to be licensed.  We know what kind of families are best for children:  ideally families in which the children receive the modeling of both a father and a mohter, secondarily those in which they receive the modeling of a man and a woman.  To consciously allow deviation from that man-and-woman family is at best an untested experiment driven by ideology, and at worst a form of child abuse.
