I'm troubled that the Commonwealth would undermine faith-based agencies in this way.  

I know several gay couples who are parenting children, some via adoption.  There are MANY agencies that help place kids in homes, and gay couples have many alternatives if they are determined to become parents.  

DO NOT compel faith-based agencies to transgress deeply-held moral values and religious beliefs by requiring them to take all comers.
