Stop homosexual adoption by child abusers.  The average age of first sexual experience is 17 for heterosexuals, but only 12 for homosexuals, which proves they are pedophiles, and cannot be trusted to adopt innocent children. 

Protect Christian adoption agencies and Christian parents.  If you enforce anti-Christian discrimination efforts to punish agencies who refuse to help pedophile homosexuals abuse children, you will prevent thousands of children from adoption by good Catholic or Christian parents.
