Faith-based adoption agencies are just that....they have values and deep spiritual beliefs about life and how to live it that are based on their Christian faith.  This is a freedom that we in the United States cherish and treasure.  It is not in the purview of the state of Virginia to place their governmental opinion on those of faith.  There are many kinds of agencies for fostering and adopting children, and private Christian agencies are founded and operate on their Christian beliefs.  Please honor this constitutional right.
