What type of regulation is this that would go against the birthparents' wishes. A birthmother and birthfather should be able to make an adoption plan for their child which guarantees that their child will be raised by a mother and a father. Allowing someone else to raise your biological child is the most difficult decision as it is now, and there is no sense burdening this decision with the fear that their child will be raised in a morally depraved environment with homosexual parents. The government has no right to force adoption agencies to allow homosexuals to adopt children. This is not in the best interest of the birthparents, the adoption agencies, adoptive parents, or most importantly, the children.
