Faith-based adoption agencies should not be forced to adhere to regulations that are contrary to moral conscience, nor should they be forced out of business because of such regulations.  Social services should know the negative effects of unstable homes, adoptive or otherwise, and should not call for such regulations.  This is perpetuating the problem!
