I am very concerned about any proposed regulatory changes that would require private adoption agencies to operate in a way that violates thier conscience. If such regulatory changes are enacted, it forces the closure of these agencies. This would be very sad given the important services that they provide to the community. This situation can and should be avoided. I will be following this issue with great interest.
