Because this includes the "sexual orientation" language, it will force all those adoption agencies who do not see homosexuality as virtuous to close.  This has already happened in the United Kingdom in exactly this way, with the result that now orphaned childrens are more underserved than ever.

Passing this act would be putting political correctness above the needs of orphaned children.
