Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).
Parents have the right and the responsibility to understand and review anything that their child learns. There is nothing wrong with parents having the choice to preview and select what they want their child learning.
