Oppose strongly

Our children deserve to be taught scientifically based sex ed without the interference of  untrained parents controlling what is learned and discussed. Ignorance is what breeds unwanted pregnancies and affirms the shame and stigma that prevents children from understanding when they are molested and being able to accurately report such violations. Ignorance does not stop teenagers from experimenting sexually, but understanding the potential biological consequences WILL.

This will also likely lead to an increased stigma and isolation for LGBT students, because those exist even when children DON'T know the terms.

Stop this Christo-fascist attempt to make our children more ignorant and therefore easier to control as they become adults.
