I support this bill, but I think it doesn't go far enough.
Let's look at the results of our current trends in public education: all around me I see young people with emotional, intellectual & physical problems unheard of in previous generations. I'm suggesting that we've gone too far in one direction, with the best of intentions, to protect the rights of all types of people, but at the expense of many others. It's time to back up, reverse course and take schools out of the sex ed. business entirely, and leave that topic up to parents, as it was in the past. Parents certainly aren't perfect, but the evidence is undeniable: past generations of kids had far fewer emotional issues & there was so much less stress on children & teens....all types of them. The "fruit" of the "new, progressive" system is evident all around us, and it is heartbreaking. Let's be humble enough to admit we have failled the kids, and begin again in a new direction....
