there are numerous times when time cannot be entered into evv....when services are first started; new hires; apparently vacations out of area; when there is a need to correct and you can't via evv;  when the sf or sc let services laps  and they get back dated ….. Paper time sheets still need assessed and there are numerous disability advocates trying to get consumer directed services exempt for evv... It is an undo hardship for people trying to stay in the community and not be institutionalized  ...

please retain paper time sheet directions for all the numerous things that happen that make evv time entry impossible. the current crisis where public wifi isn't available timesheets would be helpful to those affected.  Now they will go without pay and probably loose attendants.
